Day one (Making the Action Plan real) on Tuesday 29 September is a half day and starts from 1pm. Day two (Service innovations and workforce) on Wednesday 30 September is a full day.

Registration fees:
In-person (Auckland) - $625 + GST
Online - $150 + GST
If you are living with dementia mate wareware or are a whānau care partner you are not charged a registration fee.
If you are attending the event in a professional capacity or are employed by an organisation to provide care to people with dementia mate wareware you will need to pay for your registration. We really appreciate your support – thank you.
