Programme Manager | The Selwyn Foundation

Avis has spent her professional career working across a range of public sector and NGO organisations in health, education and social services starting in frontline service delivery, progressing through policy and  operational management, and onto strategic leadership and change roles.

She has a strong interest in client focused service delivery and how organisations can deliver strategy into the operational environment to achievegood outcomes for the people they serve.  As she transitions into a different pace of life, the opportunity to support the work of the NZ National Forum for the Decade of Healthy Ageing presented an area of work that allowed her to continue contributing her skills directly.  She is supported by the Selwyn Foundation to work part-time  providing programme management alongside the National Forum's Leadership Group.
